Dear Guests! ● Check-in after 14:00 ● Check-out before 11:00 ● If there is a need for a later check-out and we’re able to offer it – there would be a negotiable fee ● Count of guests (starting from 11 years old) can’t exceed 10 people ● Children under 4, who don’t require additional space can stay for free ● You can stay with small pets for additional fee of 10 euros/day ● There is a final cleaning fee of 100 euros ● A cash deposit of 500 euros is collected in cash upon arrival and returned on the day of check-out ● If you cancel your reservation at least a week before your stay, the prepayment will be returned in full To make your stay the most comfortable and safe we recommend to follow these rules: ● Don’t dispose garbage and personal hygiene items into the toilets ● Don’t use glass tableware or other glass objects in the swimming pool ● Don’t leave children unattended near swimming pool ● Don’t leave open food overnight outside or on the terrace ● Follow fire safety regulations ● Making an open fire is forbidden. Please use grill only at its designated area ● Smoking is only allowed outside, on the balconies, terraces and patio ● If you are leaving the villa, we are kindly asking you to turn off the A/C. There is a timer feature on the remote that will allow you to schedule the turn on time prior to your arrival.
